WoodMart offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. And in addition you can also pick up your order yourself at our Shop if you prefer. On this page you´ll find an overview of all available shipping methods.

Requests must be submitted within 5-7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, partially used, or consumed products are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
No. Since Xssentia products are made using natural ingredients and traditional processing methods, minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma are normal and do not qualify as defects.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary based on the payment method used
If the product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and assist accordingly.
Return pickups may be arranged at Essentia’s discretion, depending on the nature of the request and location.
