Be it low priced through DHL/Standard Parcel Post, more quickly via DHL Express (Germany only) or UPS, or especially reliable and secure by a specifically trained freight forwarder. What is the time limit to request a refund or replacement?

Requests must be submitted within 5-7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be considered.

What documents or proof are required for a return request?

Customers are required to provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This information helps us verify the request fairly and efficiently.

Are opened or used products eligible for return?

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, partially used, or consumed products are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Do natural variations qualify for refunds?

No. Since Xssentia products are made using natural ingredients and traditional processing methods, minor variations in colour, texture, or aroma are normal and do not qualify as defects.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary based on the payment method used

What happens if my order is damaged during delivery?

If the product arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and assist accordingly.

Will Essentia arrange product pickup for returns?

Return pickups may be arranged at Essentia’s discretion, depending on the nature of the request and location.
